I don’t know how exactly that should be implemented, but yes, I actually miss those old interfaces as well
It would be quite cool if players will be able to look from first-person at pro-games real-time like they are watching replay, not stream. It’s done in Dota2 by the way
I am one of the person who constantly use place bindings, like you press Ctrl+F3 for example, and your camera moves to this location by pressing F3 - the whole gameplay would be transformed in good way if player will be able to see on minimap for example the places they have already binded.
If this ability already exists in another game, which without any doubts, much more popular, and it doesn’t make additional lags - why not? I’ll also change my post due to this one
Where were you? Those indicators are really good idea, because at least in C&C3 you can READ the message like you created the place binding.
Agreed, added as well.
Omg did I lose party coming?
Yeah you definitely are, what do you think about new changes from 16 to 20 clauses?
don’t get point with skins on timer is that for what?
Perhaps to create a little bit of diversity, of course all the changes are going to be made individually. For example, I want this circle to be looking like I’ve got a Taldarim interface, or purifiers - no matter.
It’s hard for realisation, better to make the skin of timer due to player’s race, don’t you agree?
pretty ok for me in that case
actually thx to Lurik for amazing idea cuz chat really pss me off
but not sure i understand how’d it look, any explanation?
Right now you have one big chat-window, and on the right-side you see participants. Since you joined, like any group, or clan, or multiple groups, and you’ve got a lot of whispers - you’ll get a mess inside chatbox. The point is to create small windows with adjustable size, to make the orientation inside this window much more comprehensible.
Fine explanation, I like it.
Okay got it, me actually don’t like current chat window
Have you ever been using the location binding?
actually no cuz imma kinda noob u know
but maybe after that change i will sooner or later who knows lol
Right now it’s not pretty convenient, either way, the suggested clause reads not about changing the hotkey layout, but to make players understand whether they had already created any location binding or not.
I have bought a special keyboard with adjustable Marcos-buttons and I can assign some difficult combinations on those Marcos. Of course, if you don’t have any Marcos keys, perhaps you have forward-backward buttons on your mouse, and by simply pressing Ctrl+Forward/Backward Button you may create binding to any position, and then by pressing singly by Forward/Backward button, your camera will eventually go to the desired point. So it’s enough useful for placing the camera on your Natural field and 3rd base.
okay i do have forward and backward buttons i should start use them
Macroses by the way can help not only in games, I also have the same keyboard, and even in work where I need to press a lot of different combinations Macroses are quite handy. Think about buying one.
