I don’t know if something has changed in the last year or so, but i know that SC2: Mass Recall isn’t something that’s available through the in-game modding options (or at least i haven’t found it).
So i was wondering if getting the campaign from SC2mapper is allowed by Blizzard, or if would endanger my SC2 account.

Mass Recall is just a series of custom maps. An unbelievably complicated series, but theyre all made legitimately though the Blizzard-provided tools. Nothing about them would be against the rules to download and play.
Since that custom campaign can’t be played while you’re connected to Blizzard (unless you really force it for some reason), they can’t really say anything to you I think.
By the way? Have the issues in that campaign been fixed?
It used to have a series of bugs such as not allowing Tanks to deal splash damage to units of different armor types.
