Faster refineries how? In build time? In gather time? Both? Gather time is certainly the better of the two.
Supplicants and Ascendants could use faster movement speed too, but Alarak’s design and Tal’Darim lore lend themselves to those forces being more of a steamroller than a drag racer, so it wouldn’t feel right for Alarak and his ground army to move very quickly. With that being said, his mobility is definitely his primary weakness. But I honestly think that that’s okay.
I’m not saying it couldn’t be improved a bit, but I think it’s good that not every commander has a fast travel gimmick. It wouldn’t be good if all the commanders started feeling homogenous. It’s nice to have very defined playstyles with very clear strengths and weaknesses that differ, sometimes widely, from one commander to another.
