I wish there were more maps

I fully agree. Iceman may have been a bit of a prick a la topgun, but he is absolutely right and more importantly passive aggressive apologetics from blizz employees convinces no one. blizz chose to kill the game which would eventually happen, but the way things have gone down it’s reasonable to expect bitterness.

New Co-Op Missions:
1. Haven and Hell - The colony world of Haven is under assault by Amon’s forces. They prioritize unprotected convoys to ensure their destruction. Help Dr. Hanson to escort the convoys filled with helpless colonists to reach their destination safely.
2. Paradise in Peril - Amon’s Mothership has targeted the beach resort in Tyrador IX, its shield generators would keep the Mothership invincible and ready to charge when it’s ready. Destroy the shield generators and then the Mothership.
3. The Gorgon’s Gambit - The Dylarian Shipyards was home to Dominion’s prized Gorgon Battlecruisers, but Moebius Corps is taking over the Shipyard and targeting unrepaired Gorgons. You must protect the Gorgons while in repairs before Moebius does.
4. Total Armada Recall - In the province of Scion, Daelaam Praetor Kyresa has discovered that Amon’s remaining forces have established reinforcements via Psi-Link Spires. Destroy all the Spires before Amon can summon reinforcements from the Void.

You referring to Leviathan as a bizz employee? The greens aren’t employees, they’re “MVPs”, people who contributed a bunch to the forums.

that’s even worse, imagine holding water for blizzard at this point
he does it for free!

Good gravy everyone. He’s not really defending, just stating the facts. Coop is no longer being worked on anymore. He explained why it’s not as simple as just adding maps. To even have someone LOOK at any code would cost time and money that Activision/Blizzard ain’t gonna spend

Does Activision/Blizzard have more then enough money to keep some of their employees working on co-op instead of firing them while Bobby gets another bonus for himself? Obviously yes, but that’s not what they’re going to do. Thus, the rest of the arguments are pointless.

Nexus co-op is still a major thing that I’m sure would appreciate some extra attention. Maybe go support a team that’s actively working on co-op instead of complaining to the company that’s already stated that they ain’t gonna work on it anymore.

And it should’ve ended right there and then. But I guess some people just like the drama.

Yeah, but not to the game. I don’t see the point of that system.

Are these suggestions for new Coop missions? Suggestions of new missions for Nexus Coop? Or are these already implemented in Nexus Coop?

For those with that experience, how long would it take to create these missions? 1 week? 3 months? I’d like an actual time estimate (be nice to hear from software engineers, those in the industry, the vg industry, etc.). To properly test them, and then roll them out? They don’t have to be perfect when they do roll out*, but should be “in a good state”.

*. For example, the likes of P&P and Cradle of Death ended up getting changes over time.

In the game/map editor… is it possible to create these missions? How long would it take there?

You can not reason with those types. They tend to just be on the discussion boards, instead of play the games. I guess it gives them some sort of power or thought process, that they know everything.

Yes, because Leviathan actually helps players on the forums for free and supports the community. Grow up and learn to thank people who actually contribute to society.
