Patch 4.9.1 made the hotkeys for Stetmann’s Drones unassignable. The workaround is to manually assign it on your Hotkeys file. You can find it here:
My Documents > Starcraft II > Accounts > [numbers] > Hotkeys
However, I was not able to locate the fix on my own, and the guy who found it has not authorized me to post on his behalf.

Add this under “[Commands]” section of the file path to which is listed by CTG above.
Add any key after the equals sign for desired hotkey.
For Example: “HatcheryStetmann/Drone=Q” will bind Hatchery to Q.
