Thors were redesigned that patch to be better against broodlords and worse against mutas and corruptors. The biggest nerf was the armor nerf from 2 to 1, thors die a lot easier to mass muta because of that. I don’t see how this is so controversial. It is obvious thors were redesigned to better at a different role and worse at its previous role.

No, what is obvious is Thor got buffed for no reason. FACTS
Right now Thor is as good as it used to be at dealing with mutas (stacking light air units), while being better versus Tempests, broodlords and corruptors.
