Not necessarily. Pros are vulnerable to meta and hype up to a certain degree also. LOL not all of them are geniuses in tactic/strategy at the same extent.
What KingCobra (a DreamHack-level Pro) can pull up to 6400MMR, a Stats/Zest/Trap can do with double the APM and double multitasking up to 7400MMR.
