Dont care for the movement, but the #badcaster movement should have dealt with him ages ago.
The part that I thought interesting was that one of the girls was saying all sorts of things he said, but said she doesn’t have the texts anymore. So my guess is that she egged him on and doesn’t want everyone to see her contribution to the conversation. Everyone on social media is now harassing him in a highly sexual manner, which is ironic because they are supposedly anti sexual harassment.
Which case would you prefer being the defence lawyer in, avilo or this rapid guy?

Definitely avilo. Taking a twitch snapshot of a livestream using a feature built into the website and which the streamer has consented in the EULA is OK to do definely isn’t “wiretapping” which is why they dropped the case against him. I would imagine he could sue her for damages at this point and win (if he hasn’t already). Sometimes the $$ isn’t worth dragging the drama out but then again celebrities live off of drama and it would fuel his show for years to come.

Yes, a protester yelled out “I will kill you” as 2-3 ganged up on some guy. He turned out to be carrying and shot them. Caught on camera. He was let go later on self-defense. A better self-defense case couldn’t have been configured.
The low IQ it takes someone to attack a random person and expect there isn’t a chance they could be shot is amazing to me. Luckily he lived and can reflect on his actions.
Nothing new under the sun ( Ecclesiastes 1:4-11).
Such things are not new. 150 years ago a great French Thinker has dealt seriously with those matters.
