Howdy!

Are you all seeing “You cannot enter the matchmaking queue because your status has been locked.” when entering the match or another message? For this error, I would recommend to try logging into another region and returning. If that doesn’t work try closing the Blizzard app completely then reset your account password to refresh the server-side cache following the steps Here.

No that is not the problem at all. The problem is the game crashes at the end of every match. This only started happening when the new patch came out.

It’s not on our end. The game straight up crashes after a game. And during game it laggs during engagements or even sometimes screen movements. You’ll be trying to micro and everything will freeze for a second and then catch up. It only started happening today post patch.

So to reiterate

  1. The game crashes after games
  2. The game lags hardcore during game

Please fix. I really want to play, but can’t because of bugs.

After every victory or defeat when someone exits the game, my game crashes unexpectedly, EVERYTIME.

Having a similar issue. Game was running fine up until todays patch (4.10.0.75689), game crashes out at the end of every game. Running on a MacBook Pro 2019 i9, OSX 10.14.5.

Experiencing the same issue. Game crashes EVERYTIME upon match completion (victory or loss), running on MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2018) Retina Display.

That is completely not the issue at all. Please see the details above, we are all complaining about the same issue.

  1. we load into a match and play to either victory or defeat. At that moment the game crashes, this happens EVERY SINGLE TIME.
  2. This issue only started happening after today’s patch.

Zuv, that doesn’t seem to be the main issue here. From this thread and the in-game Co-op chat, the main issue is SC2 closing after a Co-op/Versus game.

That’s why I created a separate thread, here. (I do understand why you closed that thread, BTW).

Same issue. Crashes after a win or loss.
Do MAC users now have to wait a week for the next patch to fix this?
