Hmmm. Not sure how I feel about this one. Granted, some things I agree with, like the decreasd Stimpack time, but the Warp Prism change I’m not sure about. I would ponder about the age-old issue of its pick-up range, since that causes so many problems given you can so easily pick up an Immortal or an Archon that gets surrounded and hence save it from death. I would argue a better approach would be to keep the Warp Conduit, but have the pick-up range be a separate Robotics Bay upgrade (I’m not a fan of having upgrades do multiple things).

Plus with the decreased Stimpack time, a small group of marines can make piecemeal out of a Warp Prism due to the slow warp-in time should the Protoss player open with a drop - as a result I can’t see a harassment-based opening being that viable any more.

Also, I dare say… would it be an option for players to suggest names for new upgrades. The ones that stem from the original StarCraft and Brood War had a lot more creativity and ‘spice’ to them. “Enhanced Shockwaves” feels a little boring and uninspired, whereas instead you could go for something like “Superconductive Pinch” that plays on the science behind how pure EMPs generally work (usually involves sending a high current around a coil of wire, and then explosively compressing the coil and the resultant magnetic flux (see “Explosively pumped flux compression generator”, a cylindrical EMP generator that would feasibly be built inside a small warhead and maybe even a bullet). The “pinch” in this case is a side-effect of plasma physics that cause the conductor to collapse in on itself, and the coil being a superconductor would allow much, much higher currents to be passed through it, hence improving the pulse generated).
