Historically, when it has occurred in the past, it has averaged about 7 to 10 days for it to be fixed.

Mine was bugged again to lvl 5. didn’t enter the game since this bug appeared, now it returned. nice

Logging out and in again fixed Kerrigan and Artanis, but not Raynor for me.

Não consigo upar comandantes acima do level 05 (RAINOR,KARRIGAN, ARTENIS) tenho o jogo StarCraft 2 comprado esse bug apara logo após a atualização do ultimo PACTH.
Procedimento feitos, 01 - limpeza de cacha 02 - alteração de região 03 - logout/login 04 - desinstalação/instalação.
todos sem sucesso, percebi nos fóruns inclusive internacional vários casos com o mesmo problema

I can’t level commanders above level 05 (RAINOR, KARRIGAN, ARTENIS) I have the game StarCraft 2 and bought this bug right after the last PACTH update.
Procedure done, 01 - cache cleaning 02 - region change 03 - logout/login 04 - uninstallation/installation.
all without success, we noticed in international forums several cases with the same problem

my raynor and artanis is capped at level 5. has happened before. fix now bliz. i didnt pay for nonsense. atm you are in a contractual violation. i have standing for a lawsuit. fix now or else.

I have experienced this with Kerrigan, Artanis, and Raynor as of three days ago. I had these commanders maxed out years ago.
what is the fix?

Same issue, thought i could progress to level 6. Played and won 2 Co-ops but no progression. Any idea what to do?

The 3 free commanders are capped at level 5 AGAIN on my account. I am on Prestige level 3, and Mastery level 88, on the EU server. My account had this same problem about a month ago, and now this problem is back again. Blizzard, please fix this permanently. Thank you.

I am experiencing the same issue.
It is unacceptable that for a service that Blizzard is asking you to pay separately (leveling past a certain level) they show no urgency in getting it fixed. This is essentially the only game mode I play so I am now locked out of playing this game until the character levels are restored otherwise I just play without any progress being registered for my character. I can t raise a proper ticket as I am getting redirected to the forums so I can t have an actual response about when I can play again. I guess I need to log in from time to time and pray that someone at Blizzard had some free time on their hands and decided to fix this issue as a distraction.
I understand that the game is no longer supported for a number of years but when you continue to get money from your customer for a service it is common sense to have at least someone on staff that fixes these type on incidents with a bit more urgency.
With the hope that this will get resolved soon I am praying to the almighty Bobby K that some dev sees this and takes pity on us and fixes this annoying bug.

Mogłem nie kupować tych wszytkach kampanii bo po raz kolejny mam dowódców na 5 poziomie Ogarnijcie ta grę albo poprosze zwrot pieniędzy i zabierzcie sobie te kapanie bo wcześniej nie miałem takich problemów !!!

Here to report that this is still happening. I am playing on Starcraft 2 verson 5.0.13.92174. Raynor, Kerrigan, and Artanis have been capped at level 5.
