all free commanders are reverted and stuck at level 5

already happenend once, but it came back to normal after 1-2 weeks
and now they became stuck again

I have the same issue, but I thought it was about the game version.
Now I see that problem is global… TS saying we should restart the game and try to change the server, but it’s not working for me…
Who is really reading that forum except players? I didn’t see any answers at the previous post/bug report. Like that one:
