Anyone else not able to start any games in SC2?

When I try to start a Co-op game in SC2, it says “No available games started. Please try again later”. Is it just me?

Poor Blizzard infrastructure. Despite what others say, it has nothing to do with any malicious actors elsewhere in the game.
