Hands down, Zer0.
Genji might be a cyborg ninja from the future, but he’s not a highly trained hitman/assassin. Plus, Zer0 has invisibility thanks to Gh0st (I think it’s called? His action skill).
So Zer0.
But really, I’d wanna see Genji get scorched by the Firehawke 
(Okay, sure Lilith’s dead, but I can still dream)

All I’m saying is that if there was a theoretical war between the Zer0 and genji players, there wouldn’t be a genji left to tell the tale. It would be an actual slaughter

Literally the first description we hear of him is that of an assassin. His first scene shows him dropping from the ceiling in complete silence.
Well, Zer0 has roughly equal sword skills to Genji, complete invisibility with decoy (possibly explosive), and additional effects… And a big bunch of guns, including sniper rifles, rocket launchers and some more exotic ones. Genji has a bunch of shuriken, bouncy legs and sticky hands. I’m going with Zer0.
(I also thought of thousands of times more HP on Zer0, but the scale might be a bit different…)
Then again, the power level in the two games is so different that even a couple of versions of CL4P-TP (namely, FR4G-TP) would beat up just about anyone from OW roster, never mind the actual professionals.

yeah, but zero just…appears,
Of course, raw power isn’t everything and invisibility is powerful itself, so there’s plenty reason to give it to Zero. I’m just saying, Genji is a trained assassin himself and has been seen killing people that never even knew he was there.
People like to sleep on him.
Zer0 can crit with his melee.
I rest my case.

Look, I’m sorry, but if there are still people out there that haven’t played Borderlands 3, that’s their problem, not mine.
Also, speaking of dying, that reminds me of the Skyrim reference on the New-U system… Quality.
Zer0 hands down. Zer0 is a good sniper, can go invisible and deal devastating damage from backstab and of course, has the broken ability B0re. Also, considering Zer0 has elemental guns ranging from Fire, Slag, Shock, Explosive and Corrosive, the latter of which melts armour, Genji will find it very difficult.
I’d put money on Zer0 everytime. Genji could out up a fight but I can’t see him winning.
