This is the rarest trophy on overwatch playstation known as rapid discord where you have to kill/assist kills against those affected by the discord effect however it doesn’t unlock. The entire part of getting kills is either completely bugged or untested as there are multiple cases of people killing 4 enemies within 6 seconds however it wont unlock unless you get an assist within the 6 seconds.
