I’ve been trying to get this thing for about a month and every time I think I’ve gotten it, there’s nothing. I look over the footage and there’s maybe 1 technicality screwing me over. But I did have one round where I should have gotten it, I met all the requirements in the unreasonable time constraint and still nothing. I’ve seen others attempts where they should have gotten it and they also got nothing. Either the achievement is broken and needs fixing, or it’s just too unreasonable and needs to be tweaked. The reason I think it’s unreasonable is because there’s too much working against you when trying to get it. 6 seconds is ridiculously short of a window, getting the thing pretty much relies on your teammates instead of you, which can screw you over because they could get a massive team wipe while you’re dead or slowly making your way back to the point, because EVERYONE targets the Zenyatta and EVERY hero counters Zen in some way. I say that if there needs to be a time constraint, then make it 8 or 10 seconds, or shorten the kills you need to get to 3 in 6 seconds rather then 4. But this isn’t just about my grievances with the achievement. I legitimately think it may be busted.
PlayStation Trophies aren’t operating at its full potential for overwatch there has been reports of not receiving Sigmas “Even of Horizon” trophy noted in a thread in the Bug report forum.
I personally think both companies need to take this into immediate consideration as most players seem to not be able to get this. I myself cannot seem to get Sigams “Event of Horizion” trophy all though I have done what it has asked of me for multiple times now

I had the same issue and think I may have figured it out:
I met all of the requirements of the achievement (in actual, not-“classic” quickplay; verified orb was on all targets; used replay timestamp to triple-check that it was within six seconds), but noticed that orb dropped off of Roadhog ever-so-briefly before he died. He took plenty of damage while the orb was on him, but it wasn’t there for the killing blow - I think that could be a “hidden” requirement for the trophy. Simply getting the offensive assist isn’t quite enough.
Or at least that’s my theory anyway. Perhaps you can check your video frame-by-frame to see if the same thing happened in your case?
I went through it several times and the orb was on each one when they died. I thought that maybe the orb wasn’t on the Doomfist long enough for the achievement to count it, but seeing as I still got the offensive assist, that can’t be right. But then I saw someone say that the achievement progress resets if Zen gets a killing blow. So what happened was, I got 2 discord assists, but then got discord killing blows on the next 2. If that’s the case, that the progress resets if you get a killing blow, like getting a killing blow triggers the timer for the achievement or something, then that’s bullcrap, and the achievement is even more broken then I first thought, it’s not bugged, it was designed poorly and busted.
