I can’t, with the dps passive my healing is only 22.5 hp/s
After season 17 change it will be only 21 hp/s
Tough
It’ll take almost 5 seconds just to heal 100hp.

Healing isn’t about “topping up” it’s about triage.
You healing for 21 per second is 21 damage prevented or restored in the one second it takes for that damage coming in.
