When you aim over an enemy it used to show a red square around them and the discord icon was purple, now both are blue.

I have the same problem, but not every game.
I’ve experienced this issue since the first closed beta. The discord orb can be either red or blue. Seems to be blue more often than red. For me it can change every time it is applied. I hadn’t noticed that the target indicator was also not red as well, but I believe that is the case for me as well. I’ll have to confirm that in game.
Far harder to tell you have discord up on an enemy when the icon is blue.
I’ve got the same issue. The aiming frame is blue always (when I aim enemies and teammates). So I can’t understand what kind of orb I should send there.
In my case it doesn’t appear immediately at the beggining of a match, it takes a little time to appear.
I’m getting the same thing.
The enemy target indicator is always red at the beginning but after a minute or so they become blue. Switching heros and then back to Zen doesn’t help.
Still occurring in Jan 2023. Not every match but frequently enough and it’s really confusing when it does don’t know which orb to apply.
