Since OW2 was released Zarya had a single cooldown so you can put 2 consecutive bubbles on yourself or on an ally, right?
I’ve played 2 games (5vs5) where the bubbles desyncchonized
Everything starts fine, but at some point as you play Zarya you notice that you need to wait different cooldows for self bubble and another one for an ally bubble, even your UI changes and the circles above your skills, the circles that keeps cooldow sychronized disappear

No. they have different cooldowns since september 7th 2023. self bubble has 11sec cooldown. ally bubble has 9sec cooldown. so its better to use bubbles on your allies, You have 2 charges. but differents cooldowns.
