Give a new name to it .
Make it the playoffs tournament skin.
It’s an artist’s fine art.
That player didn’t create this beautiful skin.
Take this skin from him and make it someone else’s or something else’s. again for example the playoffs skin
Still weird to remove the skin based on an allegation and not wait for an actual lawful response.
Sinatraa was an OWL MVP and was rewarded by having Blizzard create a custom skin specifically to celebrate him (the Zarya skin). This was before the allegations.
Bringing it back right now would be very tone deaf of Blizzard. They removed it and offered refunds for a reason. The skin is intrinsically tied to Sinatraa, like it or not. It was made specifically for/because of him and was removed also because of him. It’s never coming back. And I’m glad it’s not.

The victim released an audio recording in which you can hear how he forced himself on her.
I think it is still out there if you want to listen to it, but I wouldn’t exactly recommend that 
I listened to it and it’s possible it’s out of context as we weren’t there we will never know. Being in certain communities couples do roleplay scenarios etc.
Riot games did an investigation themselves (As sinatraa went over to Valorant) and couldn’t find anything conclusive so they passed it over to legal authorities. He got a temp ban from playing professionally and that’s been it.
