Takes her spot in winston dive. Takes her spot in ball/d.va. And now we have rein/zarya back.
On top of that balance is so poor that zarya not only pairs better with other tanks, but hard counters d.va as well.
D.Va is even more unplayable because zarya is everywhere.
This is not Zarya’s fault tho. Zarya is just decent. D.va is thrash. We should work to make D.va decent too and not to make Zarya as thrash as D.va is.
zarya is better than every tank and about 90% of the dps roster
Zarya’s always been better than D.Va since Goats.
Even when D.Va had 4 second defense matrix, she was still pretty strong.
I’ve never been able to eat a grav, dragon, tac visor, barrage, etc with Zarya… but who knows?
Also Zarya can’t go to high-ground very easily
So I disagree that Zarya is just better than DVA

A better way to put it would be: D.va was designed in such a way that she has many strenghts Zarya doesn’t have,
but Zarya’s kit is overall more strong, efficient and impactful given the current balance state of the game.
Just remember: Zarya doesn’t and can’t do D.va’s job, and it’s a D.va problem not a Zarya problem that D.va isn’t being used.

sorry that was rude, i mean it is kinda obvious tho, right now zarya is better then any other tank in the game, and d.va is doing really bad right now, she’s not the worst tank in the game, but she still not the best, so of course zarya would be better then d.va, since she is literally the best option right now
Not really, Zarya hasn’t changed very much and has only lost damage. It’s wholly a D.va problem.

Kinda weird knowing Dva was the most played hero in OWL for a significantly long time.
She was meta for so long, that they annihilated her 
Kinda like Sombra. These heroes are too good in pro play so they leave them nerfed on ladder.

D.va isn’t a better zarya, they both have different roles as chiefwambam said.
That being said, a small nerf to zaryas ultimate, and a small buff to d.vas defense matrix would be okay. I personally find zaryas ultimate very boring to use, anyways.
