It’s a lot of internet humour/culture. And the DBZ is a series of stupidly buff people punching each other. So she is a pretty good fit for this. For anyone not aware of the reference it just sounds eh - it’s not awful on its own.

She literally not have a SINGLE russian thing in her. Only how amercians portray russian in movies with staple of their own culture like DBZ that was never a thing in russia.
