Just had a round where a Zarya did 20k dmg.
It would be fine if she wasn’t spitting out infinite bubbles as well.

Their approach with Rein, Zarya, and Soldier has been to slap them on the wrist several times, instead of like…one actual meaningful nerf.
Zarya’s still a menace in that mode. There are certain things that shouldn’t be available to her. Having bubble cooldowns, even more cooldowns on allied bubbles, adding a 2nd bubble, longer uptime, longer size and healing available to her makes it so that she charges her gun insanely fast.
She…does way too much. Too much damage and way too much sustain for herself and her allies.

Yeah. She doesn’t really have an exploitable weakness. Couple that with being unlucky enough to have your tank pick D.Va into Zarya and it’s pretty much GG at the hero select screen.

To be honest I felt the same way the first 20 games of stadium or so, but after having been through my hundreth game shes definitely a glass canon? As a dps I’d just focus the supports and then go after her, she really struggles without any heals
but definitely they should make her beam range a little smaller or something, her damage is super high for sniping across half the map

Honestly I’ve just started picking her in Stadium because you can actually even outplay a Reinhardt, who supposedly counters her with a lot less effort. Poor D.Va got shafted in that mode. Has to buy an ability to block some of Zarya’s damage, but even then it doesn’t matter. Weapon power on Zarya? GGs.
I’m Pro on support, almost All Star. I don’t even try to engage with Zarya. There’s no point, she’ll just instantly delete me. Sustain builds don’t matter lmao

Played into rein juno without a speed boost support of our own as queen.
I literally could not go near the rein without him stacking speed boost and killing me in a handful of swings.
I don’t even know what i’m supposed to do into that.

Rein needs to have all speed stacks removed tbh.
Even if it’s 1%, it still stacks on top of others and then becomes an unbearable snowball. If he’s going to be deadly up-close, it shouldn’t be this easy for him to get close.

They keep nerfing how many points she can get and it’s just. not. doing anything.
It isn’t just her income, it’s her DAMAGE. The DAMAGE is the problem and the bubble should NOT have cooldown bonuses if she can supply 2 to herself. Even the best perk tree for Junkerqueen doesn’t do anything against her after round 3. It’s so boring dude
