I could be completely wrong here (either that or I don’t pay enough attention), but how long has it been in the game that Zarya can remove Ana’s Biotic Grenade anti-healing effect from her or any teammate?
When scrimming last night, I noticed that when I had thrown a Biotic Grenade onto a Reinhardt, Zarya projected her barrier onto him and the anti-healing effect was removed.
Watch the moment it happened here: bit.ly/2I7jemq (GYAZO LINK)
(I can’t post links here, so you’ll have to copy and paste them without the space between the commas.)
I didn’t see anywhere online that spoke about Zarya’s Bubble being able to do this. Here are some examples:-
“As long as Particle Barrier has at least 1 Health worth of absorption left, it will prevent all incoming negative effects, no matter their damage.”

Incoming effects? The Anti-Heal was on before the barrier was protected…?
“While the barrier holds, Zarya is immune to most forms of crowd-control, such as Mei’s Endothermic Blaster freezing effect, Roadhog’s Chain Hook, and the pinning effect of Reinhardt’s Charge.”

I’m not sure if this one means Ana’s Biotic Grenade too, they just didn’t add it as an example? Totally possible.
Here’s the one that got me, though:
“The Particle Cannon can emit a personal barrier that shields Zarya against incoming attacks, redirecting their energy to enhance her weapon’s damage and the width of its beam.”

This is directly from the PlayOverwatch Website, so wouldn’t they have put this down that it stops things like Debuffs or DoT (damage over time)'s?
Like I said, I could have only just seen this yesterday and figured it out. There are a lot of things I’m still learning about the game - but if this isn’t meant to be a thing, then at least it’s known.
Happy gaming :]
