The HP of a Zarya bubble should appear as 200HP temporary shield health on whoever is bubbled. This helps the bubbled players know their state, as well as reminds the attackers that the bubble can be popped by attacking the blue health. I know two seconds seems brief for the extra health, but Lucio beat is 7 of rapid health bar changing and that is probably more jarring than the sudden appearance of 200HP.
It’s hard to tell how close your bubble is to breaking so this would be useful for knowing when to disengage.
It’s always immediately…
The bubble lasts 2 seconds I would render a guess that as soon as you use it or have it you should know if you’re being shot at or how to count to 2
Sometimes it breaks before the time runs out because the enemy destroys the 200hp it has.
I would rather bubble just fade or indicate whatever time is left.
Bubbles are specific counters for plenty of play based on time and vulnerability.
Bubble as a mechanic is valuable. Not just the shielding hp
I know, if they are shooting you it will break just pay attention to them shooting you.
If it’s burst damage having an hp indicator won’t help you at all
I suppose it won’t help much but it’s better than nothing. It would be helpful for the enemy as well. If you see the bubble is low or being attacked you can decide if its worth trying to break it.
I think the time frame is way too short for it to be necessary and it will just put more clutter Into your screen
I guess so. It’s a take it or leave it kind of thing.
The tooltip doesn’t even say how much hp it gives. Honestly the whole UI could use a spring refresh update.
I do think it would encourage more enemies to attack the bubble if they realized it made Zarya a 600HP tank and not someone they need to social distance from.
Let the bubble have some cracks to it when it’s about to break, like most shields, and maybe when it times out it pulses three times before fading down quickly
Would be kinda like what they did to Mei’s ice wall
It’s too short for any of this to be useful. It’s either you have enough damage in the 2 seconds, or you don’t.
