Zarya is an extremely well designed character. She is only as strong as the enemies will to shoot her bubbles. She works as a tank and has an amazing ultimate. Speaking of her ult, can we appreciate it’s animation please? It’s so pretty!

Zarya love is a little under the roof right now, but she’s still the only tank I can play so … 
She’s a character that puts WoW Discipline Priest skills to good use. XD

Her self bubble imo is not well designed, it leaves no room for counter play.
Once she pops it she can get free damage on anyone within range, and they have to break the bubble, and kill her to survive. Not a good design choice, it’d be better if her self bubble prevented her from dealing damage but reloaded her weapon.
