(If anyone is interested, this is what I would do)
  • introduce guilds
  • Buff sojourn
  • go back to 6v6
  • revert HP pool changes
  • delete roadhog once and for all
  • remake the workshop and add a full map editor
  • add AI match making
  • let people leave qp, but put them in a ‘leaver pool’
  • expose ‘the system’
  • let custom games have more than 12 players
  • have customs in aracde more often
  • rework the popular card (customs)
  • remove role passives
  • lower shop prices (5$ for legendaries, 10$ for mythics)

I would bring the game to Mac!

Then I would add a third person mode!

Leave OW2 as it is and relaunch OW1. People have the right to choose which game they wanna play.

Add a 6v6 competitive mode. 5v5 is cooked. It’s been proven with today’s patch that the devs can’t fix it.

But people like 5v5? Fine, keep it. They can play it if they like. I’ll offer players choice.

  • Reduce current battle pass locked stuff by reducing amount of money to reasonable levels
  • Introduce weapon inspects and other related things and lock it behind battle pass to keep same revenue but better market
  • Go back to 6v6
  • Revert HP pool and projectile size changes
  • Revisit 2CP Maps
  • Rework LW to be less of a healbot
  • Change Brig Inspire to something else to fix AoE issue
  • Rework Baptiste
  • Remove role passives
  • Balance change everyone accordingly (may make a yt video idk)
  • Revert leaver penalties for quick play
  • Remove ability to backfill after match progresses to a certain point (e.g. overtime or last point idk)
  • Release space ranger early for queue time disparity in 6v6

Pause the petras act and shutdown overwatch for good for a year or two.

While the whole game gets reworked properly.

I will delete all the backups of OW2 so there will be no choice but to only have OW1.

I’d quit. I don’t think I’d be able to survive being within a 500m radius of anyone at Blizzard. My brain would rot away just from being near any of the balance team members.

Well Jeff is not like the holy panacea… let’s remember that he was the head of OW2 at its launch and its first seasons… :man_shrugging:

Jeff is a person with vision and influence on people. Without pressure(to make money cow) he would make legendary game

Fire team4, hire top100 players to balance the game. Change the balancing team every season with the same condition - top100 in every role. The team that got the best feedback in a span of a year got the permanent spot in balancing the game (but have to maintain the high skill still)

I mean honestly at this point I feel like I could throw darts at the wall and transform this game into a masterpiece compared to what it is now.
