"you're not allowed to access this content at this time" when trying to buy blizzcon virtual ticket

I tried buying the virtual ticket on the blizzard website and it says I can’t access it because of age restrictions.
like…???

I really don’t want to miss out on the virtual ticket for the second time in a row.
can someone help me solve this and tell me why it’s happening.

im really fuming.

last year I submitted a ticket to blizzard about this issue and it got declined/cancelled.

I need help ASAP, please.
im really worried.

You probably have activated some kind of “youth protection” on your account (don’t know how Blizzard exactly calls it).

If I remember correctly you have to verify your age with your ID or Driving License to be able to make purchases through the Blizzard Shop.

if im not allowed to buy it again im literally suing.
