Your shortest/longest games?

Just had a 1:24 of Anubis on attack. (QP)

Longest was probably around 30 minutes on Kings Row (Competitive)

I can’t remember how long it was in terms of time, but I had a comp Numbani game where the final scores were like 6-7.

My longest was almost an hour long (maybe 45-50 minutes?) I had over 20 minutes of objective time.

Shortest was a 1:20 game on Hanamura. It was the old arcade mode: “We’re All Soldiers Now.”

We capped both points in exactly 1:20.

Shortest was 80+ seconds in Anubis (QP). We went semi-Dive against an All DPS team and we steamrolled them.

Longest more than an hour in Mayhem in the Arcade. My hands were no numb after the match and I think we lost too. lol

My shortest was 50 seconds. Enemy team dropped from the game during setup and never got replace. We walked uncontested on to both points of Hanamura. PotG was me using my sit emote on point B.

My longest was a game that went into like eight rounds or something on Dorado. We were all complaining about how tired we were after, lol.

For comp (this is including prepare times
Shortest: 6 minutes on hanamura
Longest: 1 hour on horizon lunar colony (i think the score was 15-15 draw)
For quickplay
Shortest: 1 second (backfilled)
Longest: 13 minutes on anubis (the overtime… geez)

30 min match on anubis

I’ve had some 2 minute speedruns of 2CP maps.

Like, that should literally never happen. Never.

Also not my longest per se, but it was a normal Lucioball game (non-comp; 4 minute time limit) where no one could score for 8 minutes. Shoutout to my defense who played a flawless game for that entire time with no breaks before I finally got the walk-off.

Under 2 mins in Hanamura and about 30 mins in Junkertown.

I’ve seen double digit scores on 2cp before.

I remember winning either 9-8 or 9-6 on route 66. Also something similar on Volskaya.

Shortest game was having a leaver before the game even started. Also pushing the payload all the way on Gibraltar with 5:53 left in qp.

Honorable mention for longest stall: we had 99% on Oasis and the other team stalled it in overtime for at least 5 minutes. I think I used my shatter 4 or 5 times during that fight.

Got absolutely steamrolled on Anubis both points, like literally they ran straight onto point, capped it, ran straight onto 2nd point and capped. My team was basically turnstiles lol. I was healer and got window sniped 1st point, respawned 2nd point into a EMP/Diva bomb.

My shortest was 1:09 on volskaya industries, the other team left and we rushed second obj just to know that the people that joined kinda gave up.

I’ve had plenty of sub-2:00 2CP snowballs, not sure how fast my fastest one was.

My longest game was an approximately 30 minute Junkertown that went into double overtime, and was one of my most memorable games.

In round 1, right after the first team fight we lost our Genji, but with good ult management we were able to complete the map in overtime. The red team rolled us on defense and finished with a healthy time bank.

In round 2 our dps got a lucky pick, and off of that we were able to start a miracle run to complete the map again. Almost the entire push took place in overtime, and we were able to get a perfect ult cycle going. The red team decided to go Pharah/Mercy for their next attack, and we just didn’t have the resources to deal with that, so we got steamrolled again. However, their extra time bank was now depleted.

For round 3, the reds are a bit more cautious and don’t give us any easy picks. They give us some space to push the cart before finally pouncing. We made it approximately 75% or the way to A before they hold us.

For our final defense we think we won’t be able to cleanly win a fight, so our best chance is to try to force a C9. We forego a shield in favor of hog, our dps goes Mei, the other support goes Lucio, and I go Mercy to damage boost Mei. Our goal is to build up Blizzard and Whole Hog as fast as possible.

The round begins, and we play cautiously. We will only have 1 fight so we let them push the cart until overtime begins. As the cart turns the final corner, hog hooks the enemy Rein and he gets walled off, frozen and killed. Mei and Hog both ult, freezing everyone who tries to contest, making easy pickings for our soldier, and hog zones reinforcements out long enough for overtime to expire.

After a hard fought, nearly 30 minute match we were able to claim our victory in the 5v6.

Shortest was probably less than 10 seconds (if you count backfill)

And my longest went like 15 mins after the time ran out because we were all being friendly on point xD

I love the fact you were the person who said “8 months later” to the previous person, and CABE was like, “hold my beer”
