This has lost me SR, happens about 2/5 of the time, and gets me a giant lockout.
Anyone know how to fix this, started happening after this last patch.

I assume you’re AMD?
I think this is a gfx card/driver issue. Happens from time to time with the updates.
Contact support. They’ll sort you out 
Turn off the overclocks
if ryzen processor by amd update chipset drivers
if not update gpu driver
Up the fan speed on vid card. That fixed the error for me.
Update your driver…if using Nvidia. One of the last couple updates had a nasty bug in it where it would randomly remove the graphics driver. It sucked.
