Is this a bit of a funny topic? How many customizations do you make to your command setup? I don’t know, maybe you’re too used to another video game that you decided to set the Overwatch controls in a very particular way. 
I’ll tell you mine, and I’ve changed SO MANY: my comfort is all about giving as much freedom as possible to the WASD while compact, preferably through my mouse which has two extra buttons.
- Ability 1 or 2: mouse wheel by scrolling below. I prefer to use it for the most useful skills while moving, in order to always adapt my gameplay without distracting myself from the WASD keys (Orisa’s fortify, Zenyatta’s discord, Sombra’s Virus, Mei’s hibernate, etc.). The second skill will always be E key;
- Ping System: Q key. It’s really important for me to have it as close as possible to the WASD keys to coordinate communications;
- Ultimate: F key;
- Melee: side mouse button 1 (or C key);
- Crouching: 2 side mouse button (or V key);
- Weapon change (mercy / torbjorn): shift key, but I also have it equipped on the central mouse button, pressing it;
- Interaction: Alt or T key;
- General communications: 1 (help), 2 (gather), 3 (ultra state), 4 (communication wheel), 5 (hello);
- Thanks: G (in italian, my language, “grazie” means “thank you”);
- Score tab: tab key;
Special exceptions for Heroes
- Wrecking ball: mouse wheel (top) for Crouching. EXCELLENT for making immediate landings with the grappling hook;
- Hanzo: right mouse buttonfor sonic arrow;
- Pharah: right mouse button for concussive rocket;
- Zenyatta: mouse wheel (top) for healing. very faster orbs;
- Zarya: mouse wheel (top) for protective bubble over teammates;
