  • Symmetra works with torb for faster ship repairs and building stuff
  • Pharah is security
  • Mercy is the medic
  • Mei is our geologist (You know looking at all the space rocks and stuff)
  • Orisa is our leader on missions
  • D.Va is in charge of communications
  • Sombra is on system maintenance
  • Soldier is my second in command

I don’t know… Hmm…
Genji might work as a first officer, even if other heroes don’t respect him.
Symmetra only works with really futuristic light-bulbs so I’m not sure how well she’d do with generic science stuff
You can’t trust Mercy as the chief medical officer. You know, suddenly she will have forgotten how to heal people and instead she’ll focusing on summoning floating energy shields or something.
Baguette could probably work as chief engineer
Rein is too focused on being a hero, I think Roadhog would be much better at security - mob style.
Sombra would steer the starship into a nearby sun just for laughs and a cheap pun

I don’t know who would be who; I just know I’m pointing the ship at the nearest sun, accelerating full speed, and locking the controls.

First officer/leader: 76 (he ran OW pretty well for many years)
Science officer: Moira
Medical officer: Mercy
Engineer: Torb
Navigator: Sombra
Security: Symmetra

Pilot obviously goes to Tracer.
Navigator for Symmetra.
Commander Soldier.
Commander Amari.
Engineer expert Torbjorn.
Brigitte to help her Daddy out as well as repair armors.
Winston for science and fixing Tracer’s chronal accelerator.
Mercy and Moira for medical and biotic purpose.
D.va for scouting and communication. Same goes for Pharah
Widow neing a sniper to scout and assassinate long range. Hanzo applies too.
Sombra being our hacker. Nullifying enemies security.
Genji being our close range assassin.
Orisa and Rein being our shield defense. Zarya too help them out.
Doomfist, McrCree, and Reaper being our officer.
Bastion for chopper gunner.
Lucio being the music player and help out with the rally.
Zenyatta as councilor.
Mei as climatologists.
Roadhog, Hammond, and Junkrat being our treasure hunter and our last resort to break in.

Soldier as First officer for his military experience,
Pharah As chief of security because that’s literally her actual job,
Mercy as medical because… I mean who else?
Torb as Chief Engineer, but Brig is there too, she’s like the Wesley Crusher of the crew.
Mei as Science officer because there are a lot of scientists to choose from and she’s my favorite.

Nah, they’ll do fine. The reason behind these 2 choices is to recreate the Spock/McCoy dynamic in advising the captain. Rational, pragmatic vs emotional, humanitarian.

I guess it makes sense, especially since most people seem to hate her too.

  • Reinheart as reckless guy that gets into trouble for the crew to rescue
    (I’m calling him Matt Damon)
  • Mercy as medical doctor that tells careless crew to get some rest
  • D.Va as young battle crew member to save everyone
  • Soldier as older battle crew member that keeps telling young crew members off
  • Brigitte as engineer that saves everyone from enemy spaceships by giving the ship “more power!”
  • Mei as smart lady that figures out how to destroy the enemy ships with a paper clip, chewing gum and a rock

I would pick Reaper. Always ending up in unintended locations.

Torb as chief medical officer ( He made a replacement arm…arms are good)
Wreckingball as chief engineer ( Just cause he doesnt talk)

None as navigator ( Who needs navigators, were good)

Symetra: Lead Combat Assistance Engineer (she’s in charge of the shields that only work, like, 2 episodes per season)
