Already posted here but support bot said to do it again so here it is. Every mode tab has the yellow warning triangle but for no reason, even if you hover over it nothing is shown or said. If you join any game and try to leave it says you wont be able to queue. I played well over 20 games just to check but nothing changed, it only appeared after the season 10 update.

I have exactly the same issue. I’ll admit, I left a few unranked games by the end of the season 9, hence the penalty I suppose. It carried over into the season 10 and won’t go away even after 20+ games (without leaving). No other info is available, nothing in the player card. I’m on PS5.
It’s now season 11 and I currently still have the same problem there are no messages on my card. I haven’t played overwatch in maybe a month or two.

Same problem. Yellow warning signs in every mode tab that never go away, no other information. Started about 3 week ago.
