"XP Farming" and Reporting in Custom

I don’t have a problem at all with experience farming. I don’t care that people are doing it, the purpose of this post was for that they have no blatant, obvious or accessible guidelines.
They need to show some stuff or they need to let all these things run along on their own, and not consider experience farming as something reportable.
I don’t see how I’m “white knighting” Blizzard. They need to get their stuff together and show more of what’s not allowed in Custom Games.

Are they AFK? if they are afk that would be a problem. But if they are not just let them be. As long as they are not idle they can do whatever they want to do.

Playing a proper match is more fun and gives more xp anyways.

People would want less effort for experience, even though the gain is lower it’s still experience gain from playtime.
People are going to do this regardless of if it’s labeled as Farming or not.
And even if people aren’t putting in effort in a Custom Game compared to normal ones, they’re probably still doing so for the enjoyment of what they’re going along with rather than experience farming.
They should really tell more or just allow such things to roll along in Custom.

Is this the only problem in Custom Games that isn’t related to harassment, racism, inappropriate content, ect. ?
I’d imagine one of the problems of giving any sort of more accessible guidelines is that they’d have to give a little more thought about other problems in Custom Games and how people name/act in them. They probably wouldn’t consider it a good decision to only push forward further that XP Farming isn’t something that’s allowed.
There’s a lot of stuff that goes along the line that can/can’t be considered something that’d be “reportable” as far as we generally know about Custom Games.

I see “Gold” and “Platinum” players in such custom games. Makes me wonder why they still join other games like AI modes and still suck so bad when they have the highest rank possible.
