So for a very long time I was an Xbox player and I recently moved to PC I still play on Xbox but I’m. Ow aware of the unreasonable differences in balanace on the Xbox and how certain characters preform differently on Xbox. I find it unbelievable how hard it is to find a decently balanced game on console usually it’s a land slide leaning one way or the other, I realaize torbjorn is a much stronger hero on pc and that typically people are more willing to use a real comp on PC my primary issue is that balancing being almost non existent on Xbox. Really blizzard?

My main point is that the balancing for matchmaking on console is far worse than the PC matchmaking and it should be the same.
Agreed, I’m prestige 2 lvl 50 and I go against people that have a golden portrait.
There are about 6 times as many people that play on PC compared to Xbox One. Of course you’re going to find more balanced games on PC.

I wouldn’t mind a longer wait for more even games
One of the inherent reasons is that there are more casual players on console. That is the nature of console. So if the pool has fewer dedicated/serious/whatever (term you want to use) gamers I could see how balancing will be harder.
