I play on xbox qnd i saw that i get 30 free prisms and i went to buy mythic reaper for it to say purchase failed try again later i reset my game and poof back down to 60 prisms

I litteraly had the same bug, but on my side I’m still waiting for the mythic prims to come back… Anyway to fix that ?

Logged on today and they went missing as well. They need to start adding a “claim gift” area in the options or something instead of just auto adding it without any verification on the consumers account.

Same thing happened to me. I have video proof.
- Started with 70 prisms
- Received the 30 from game pass
- New total is now 100
- Bought Moira’s level 1 mythic for 50
- My balance went down to 20 as if I only had the original 70

The same thing happened to me. I had 60 prisms, but after closing the game and reopening it a few hours later, I lost the 30 game pass prisms that were given to me. Will they fix it, or should I contact Support for help?

Also it would be great to know if this happened only on XBox or on PC as well ?
