Since the update yesterday I haven’t been able to connect to the game. It just sends me a Thai message and the error code. I have no idea what to do.

I am having the same issue, text in Thai with error code TE-10413, I’m on Xbox One X. I tried to reinstall the game but it did not help, I also tried to reset the console and reinstall the game. Still can’t get in, just keeps giving me this error code.
Nothing is working, I sent a ticket to Blizzard and Xbox. Xbox has responded and closed their ticket saying it’s not their issue, still waiting for Blizzard to reply.
Update:
Blizzard support has replied to the support ticket, they’re aware that something is wrong with the Xbox version of Overwatch and is working on fixing it asap.
For now a work around to start or install the game, is change your system settings to ‘English US’ and restart, set all language options for your console to ‘English US’…
When you start Overwatch 2, it will prompt for an update due to a language change. The game will download a patch that’s around 1 GB.
So give that a try, after getting the game started. You should be able to change your language settings back to whatever they were, and continue playing regardless.
