I just finished doing my damage placements I won 5 games and lost 2 yet I still got placed in bronze 5 I was expecting high bronze or low silver but somehow I got the lowest rank possible. Can someone please explain how this works?

If itâs your first account itâs a bug. If youâve been Bronze/Silver before, itâs perfectly normal.
I was bronze on console by this was my first time playing ranked on pc
its cos your skill rating is low, just keep playing it will go up
