so I just got sent to Asia server as a UK resident playing from UK on EU server in battle net. I was on 300 ping the entire game, when im normally a stable 60 ms. I knew it was asia because everyone was typing match and team chat in chinese and korean, and everyone had chinese kroean or japanese names, those that were romanized were japanese sounding words.
I usually get 300ms when I’ve tried to play on asia server before.
So like Blizode, why TF am i being sent to KOREA for COMPETITIVE when im playing on EU as a UNITED KINGDOM player??? How do I prevent this happening again??? THANKS!!!

I didnt realise until I was literally hard tracking this ana and she took 0 damage for 5 seconds I was like wait… and my ping was just 300ms the entire game. Still won tho, weird af.

And the players from the Middle East never speak English it’s so annoying
tbf middle east players get the bahrain server and they dont need to speak english because theyre usually rly good. AFaik on EU theres a server in france, one in bahrain, and one in russia/east europe. You do get some arabs on france server but theyre mostly on bahrain now
There’s no reason you should have to speak english to com in an online game at all

I live in the geografical middle of Europe - I get tossed around servers randomly - sometimes I get games full of russians, asians or turkey people, insane ping and no english speakers, sometimes I get folks from Afrika and sometimes I end up in croissant games where people just speak french…

WOW game is known for separated language servers in EU. But in OW? this would not be effective…still, how they wanna force large groups of russians, germans and french to speak english, when they usualy dominate their games?
