Sat in queue for comp. My duo and I were “connecting to the match”. We never connected and instead were met with a suspension in comp. Are you serious?

Me too me and my duo got banned but I got banned for the rest of the season

I also have had this happen to me. I’m playing solo, first match I joined my tank and one healer disconnected right when the match started. The following match I was some how boot from the loading screen. I didnt even make it into the game and was rewarded with a one hour ban. All I have to say is your fan base is going to tank if your getting banned for trying to connect to a game.
Also happened to my Duo and myself. We sat in ‘Game Found!’ for roughly 2 minutes before getting comp banned.
This just happened to me twice today. I’ve been playing overwatch since it began and never had this issue until today

same it said failed to connect and then i got suspended for an hour
