So when my account finally merged i noticed ny career stats are all wrong and over the last few days i have also noticed my hours played decreasing somehow. I have over 1000 hrs on overwatch but it has gone down to 600 somehow it was 800 when i first got in.
I am on ps4 and am just being able to play cause i had the lc 208 error for the first 5 days

Was just about to make this topic myself. When I finally got into the game last Friday. (After being locked out for 3 days due to LC-208) I noticed everything carried over just fine item wise but my stats were messed up.
D.VA my most played hero went from 17 hours played to just 6 hrs logged and I was “missing” 10 hours of playtime on my overall playtime. And every single day I’ve logged in my stats keep seemingly counting backwards. It had me listed as 160 hours played when I logged on today and I checked just now and I’m missing about another hour of playtime on my stats.

Myself and multiple people have made posts about this and they have yet to recognize it from what I’ve seen.
I’ve lost over 200 hours, 12k eliminations, OW1 stats completely reset and replaced by OW2 stats.

Really sucks they havent said anything about this bug, it sucks my stats are all over the place. My most played heroes are wrong as well

My most played hero had 75+ hours. Played a game with him when i started OW2 and it completely reset it and now its like 1 hour.

Same. I don’t understand why but this bug is like resetting all your ow1 stats and idk why. I realized every time I played a game with a certain character, my hours would just reset for that character on that game mode and all my hours are just decreasing and I can’t do anything about it. Blizzard please fix this.
Both my girlfriend and I have been experiencing this problem.
It doesn’t super influence why I play the game but it’s a nice way to quantify my experience.
Might just have to start making my own excel data sheet if this isn’t fixed.
Not only are my stats getting reset, but the lessened stats are frozen and don’t progress by playing. Hanzo is stuck at 8min from being my most played hero in O1.

I started on launch day back in 2016! And played for a longggg time on PS4, and got a PC copy, later on, to play with PC player friends. Now that it’s merged I got all my skins and I grinded over the years, but my times are messed up too. And now they’re messed up on PS5, I am far lower level than I should be, and just the number of hours I should have just isn’t there. I figured whatever the longest would be there, but I guess that’s not the case. Also, it does seem like my hours are getting shorter.

Dude I was 5 silver today right? And I just played ten games and won 8 of them. HOW IN THE HELL DID I GET DEMOTED TO BRONZE 5??! I haven’t had even 10 losses this season!

My stats are fluctuating but my hour count seems to go down every time I play a match lmao

I understand there’s bigger bugs for them to worry about but I wish they’d at least do a post where they acknowledge every bug they know about. Because I’m more worried about them not even knowing this bug exists.
Missing profile statistics
Account hero usage time is reduced and erased, total wins and losses are also reduced, everything is decreasing, replaying game records on other platforms shows that the game has lost,
I also have this problem, I hope they can fix this problem as soon

I’m experiencing the same thing it’s saying my most hours on a hero is 5 when I know that is is correct
2024 and this problem still hasnt been fixed. Infact there still dropping. Was 940 hrs on mercy and it dropped to 600… so close to a thousand. So. Close.
