Wrong ranked season rewards

Hello, hope you are having a great day.

I am contacting you because I have received the wrong title at the end of the season.
I ended the season as a masters 4 tank. BUT, when the season updated, I received only the diamond prizes and the game told me that i ended the season diamond 1. What happened ? Is this a known bug ? Or are the rewards calculated based on MMR ? Even if it is, i doubt that my MMR fell 2 ranks in 1 competitive progress.

Same thing happened to me, reached masters 5 on support but only was rewarded like i had reached diamond 2
