I finished the first Overwatch 2 season on Support as TOP 274, I received the wrong amount of competitive points and the title GM Challenger. (Yes I FINISHED in TOP500, not touched and fell back to GM) And not even a top500 icon

That is incredibly unfortunate but also not surprising. Incorrect distribution of top 500 rewards seems to be a recurring issue for Blizzard and they’ve yet to address it.
