Yep me too. I know for a fact I played no games of comp after hitting masters 4 on dps, this morning I was still that rank and now it says I ended the season at diamond 1.

Same scenario here. I was diamond 3 in DPS, lost some games and so decided to stop playing for the last couple of days of the season. Logged on today to find I finished in plat 1 and so missed out on diamond rewards.
If this has happened due to the losses lowering my actual rank after my last rank up, then there needs to be more transparency as to where your current rank actually is.

Same, busted my nuts to get out of bronze to get to silver, it may not be much but it is to me. got to silver 2 to be busted back to bronze 2. total BS. Not one explanation for this!

Yep same thing happened to me. Season high was Diamond 5 but it gave me rewards for Plat 1.

I got masters 5 on healer and stayed in masters 5 until the season was over, and got rewarded 750 for diamond 2??? wtf

Similarly my peak was as follows for this season (tank plat 3/ dps master’s 5/support diamond 5) yet right now I log in to claim said rewards and it goes plat 3/dia 1/ plat 3 and grinded so much and hit my first ever peek of masters I want my stuff man

Same happend to me I finished dps in diamond 5, but its said my peak was plat 2 and only got plat rewards.
Same issue, ended with a current rank of masters 5 but when i log in it says i ended as diamond 1 and i got diamond rewards
Also confirming this issue. I finished Masters 5 on both Support and Tank but got Diamond 2 and Diamond 1 respectively.
I asked this to customer support, they simply said it is something they dont handle and that i need to post on the forum in the bug report question for the devs to address… this is so bad
