I finished open queue in Plat 5 and got Gold 3 as final rank… and I didn’t get the Plat competitive points or the player title 
The rank decay is not removed
I was consistently plat during the whole season and now I’m gold and got gold rewards… WTF?

same here! ended d5 on support, randomly dropped to plat FOUR… like come on man almost a whole division down for no reason 
and I didn’t get the diamond challenger title or right amount of comp points so ig the effort i put in was a waste. some actual bs

Yep, went from M4 to D4. They need to fix this fast because this is why we put so much effort into this game. If we don’t get credit for it then it will definitely impact my desire to play ever again.

I got the same problem.
It’s not just decreasing of the current rank, the last rank of season 3 downed.
Also the reward decreased.
This must be fixed.

Guess I am not the only one. They better come back sayin there was a bug and they will correct it. Not going to play as I wait to see if it is resolved.

Same exact thing happened to me m5 comp mystery heroes to plat 3 open queue m5 to d4 not big but wtill there role plat 3 to gold 1 tank didnt play it as often but still dps d5 to plat 5 and support d3 to plat 2 please fix your game blizzard
i was in silver 4 after my placement i won 2 games and lost one, still my reward for this season was bronze. it’s not possible
Same here i was d4 on dps now p3, also on supp from p1 to p5, but what is funny was g1 tank and now im p3 xd and i would love to get diamon title
same, finished masters 5 season 3 but end of season rewards were for diamond 3
I finished mystery heroes in plat 5, but it gave me gold 4 which was my very first placement
I have The same problem I ended Season 3 Master 4 on DPS but when Season 4 launched my career profile says that I am Diamond 3 + I didn’t get the master role name card
Same thing happened with me.
Organized by game type (and role), peak, finish, where I was ranked for rewards:
Open Queue: #467 (top 500), Masters 3, Diamond 2
Role queue: [Tank] Masters 5, Diamond 1, Platinum 1
Role queue: [Dps] Platinum 5, Platinum 5, Gold 1
Role queue: [Support] Masters 4, Masters 5, Platinum 1
What the heck is with that?? How did I drop 600+ SR (Master’s 5 to Platinum 1 is 6 skill divisions)??
Why was my rank that was rewarded Diamond, when I finished in one role and in open queue in Masters???
I didn’t even get the Master’s title card!
I had something similar. I ended in plat on the 3 rank. I launched season 4 and all the sudden it says I ended in gold for all of them. cringe bug
Sme thing happened to me, ended season 3 diamond 5 support, not playing any other roles but got platinum 4 as my final rank with the season change…
As the topic says, i didnt get any rewards after season change

like noone care about all these posts. The fact that i got redirected to this forum after “contact us” form is a joke 
literally in every season i got higher ranks in all roles, just to fall to plat again. Big scam and waste of time
They just need to give everyone a blanket of 3,000 for these consistent problems happening to so many people.
