DPS from Master 2 to Plat 2
Tank from Diamond 2to Plat 1

Really hope they fix this fast cause I dare not to play comp till it is fixed. Since they donā€™t manually change mmr. So wait till they patch their mistake before ranking guys.

Got the same bug. Ended on Diamond 2 and got Plat 2 on DPS. Master 5 on heal but ended on Master 4, and Tank got Diamond 5 but ended on Diamon 4.

I ended Season 3 in Masters 3 as DPS. I just launched season 4 and now it says I ended in Diamond 3??? I also only got the Diamond challenger name and the diamond rank rewards??

Yea, i ended up seazon 3 at diamond in healers and dpss and got plat 3 rank that i only got in tanks, pretty weirdā€¦

Iā€™ve also de-ranked from Gold 5 support to Silver 2. Whilst not impressive, itā€™s still frustrating as a few weeks prior the same thing happened for seemingly no reason even having not won / lost enough games to have shifted rank when it happened.

I was Grandmaster 1 at the seasonā€™s end, now it claimed I was Master 1 and I only got the Master Challenger title. At least itā€™s not only on my end. Hopefully they fix this quickly and compensate the players.

Yep, I ended in Masters 5 on support. It says I ended in Diamond 4 when I checked a few minutes ago. I had an ā€œin progressā€ card but it had 4 wins and 3 losses on itā€¦ I am pretty sure I wouldnā€™t have dropped to DIAMOND 4.

Same happened here. Just got plat and now it says my last rank was gold 3.

the same issue, i ended season 3 as Master 4 in OQ. but the game shows me diamond 4, the same with the roleā€™s queue
