I was support master 5 on season 3 and now I’m diamond 4. But the rank lower system has been removed. On the other hand my friend was in platinum in openrole, and now she’s in Diamond. I want my rank back

Same, i grinded really hard for diamond and I only wanted that badge. They took it and just went like, you are plat now, wait another 60 days for the oppertunity to get that badge.

The Devs have acknowledged this bug: Overwatch 2 Known Issues - April 11, 2023. However, we still need to keep spreading the word about this bug so that they actually fix it unlike the bugged career profiles and missing end-of-season rewards from other previous seasons like Season 36.
