I’ve been testing a bunch of the (lovely and really fun) perks and haven’t seen any posts regarding the ‘Transfer Efficiency’ perk for Wrecking Ball. Through my testing I’ve come across either a bug in the behaviour of this perk or a simple description error.
The description of this perk states that ‘reactivating Adaptive Shields reduces its cooldown by 1.5 seconds per ally affected’ but it seems like this cooldown reduction equals 1 second instead. Minor on the surface but bigger with the implication of 50% less.
Some additional feedback: The second part of the description was initially a bit confusing as (imo) ‘ally health gained’ implies that an ally will receive 33% more Overhealth rather than the gain rate being increased by 33%.
