Help bring him back, bring Ana back and/or be too OP in today’s game? Would this not help at all as the baseline healing is low?
With Lucio & the group having to have a less of a focus on being together, due to his larger radius, could this help minimize the amount of useful gravs?
I know it was considered OP in the past but we haven’t seen him or Ana in quite awhile since then :-/.
I’m thinking if it were returned it would help with assisting Ana coming back as a main healer by providing her “self healing” (in quotations bc obv it’s not really self healing but all she needs to do is be within the radius) while she can still sort of stay hidden but also provide her with speed boost as a getaway. Her grenade would also help with him doing extra healing.

I think lucio’s heals need help, because I cringe every time I see him instalocked.
That said, he’s really, really good at everything else when he’s unchecked by sombra. So I am not sure a larger radius would be in the best interest of balance. I’d like to see him get an enhancement to amp it up to help out with those burst damage moments.

Persistent heals for a few seconds like Inspire would be a better direction. So all lucio would have to do is “tag” allies with his heal aura to give them healing for a few seconds. This allows Lucio to play as that mobile support skirmisher you think he was designed for, but can’t because his Aura is only 10 flipping meters.
Considering he he had 95%+ pickrates before and after the rework, he’d definitely be broken again, especially if you’re giving him all the buffs he’s received in the rework.
Just nerf the supports that dominate the game and surely the once-a-god Lucio will return.
What if his E boosted his range to his old one for its duration?

I think the main complaint with his old aura was that it made him very passive, he basically got too much value from just existing, so returning it might not be the best idea

I really love to play Lucio but when everybody is standing in your healing aura and at critical or dying and your just sitting waiting for your 12 second cool down yeah it’s not good.

Lucio is the most balanced support in the game.

I can totally understand that. I don’t play him a lot because I’ve never been able to wall ride properly lol.
Maybe the only enhancement he needs then is a shorter cooldown for that ability. It would be using a scalpel instead of a sledgehammer, so it might prevent them needing to nerf him afterward too

Well at least return his speed boost to the old radius.
You’re supposed to speed boost them out.
I know that I’m talking about his healing.
That’s… actually… genius.
I mean, he turns up the music volume, I’m sure people should hear it from farther away…
Also, it’s not that huge of a buff since the cooldown is so long, giving room for another small buff or preventing him from being a must pick.

Lower the amp cooldown and then for the duration of amp, increase his range to his old one. He can then consistently provide better heals and speed, given that his offense capabilities are too lacking to make up for his lessened heals.
I mean maybe my word isn’t the best to go off of, I’m only in gold, but it sounds like a solid solution to me!
Ana and lucio are the only supports I enjoy playing and they both aren’t in a good spot. 
yes it would, the 30 meter radius would help him greatly as it would give him more freedom to be the high mobility character he is without completely abandoning his team in the process of using that mobility
I miss old Lucio.
I can’t stand the new version, tight concentrated auras and a more powerful gun have only resulted in a lot of annoying Lucios that try to go on the offensive and harass enemy healers.
Which is great until they get shut down by Brigitte and end up essentially as a throw pick on our team.
However to those good Lucios that actually stay with you and your team and are nice team players I commend them even though the tight healing auras really are sad.
I’d like to see them nerf his damage and gun back to the way it used to be, but keep the sound blast not consuming ammo,
Increase aura ranges to 20 meters,
When amping it up, the range is increased to 30 meters and buff his amp it up healing
And then somehow buff his ult
