So if a player leaves a competitive match, there is a 2 minute time period for a new player to enter, or for the same one to return to the game. During the 2 minutes if you leave you are still penalized, and after the 2 minutes you can leave, but your rank goes down. But if you stay with the match, which is now 5 - 6, and lose you still go down in rank. Is this correct?
The 2 minutes are for the same player to return, there is not blackfill in comp, For leave in that periord of time you receive a lost (-25?) + a penalty (-25?) a think a dont know the exact numbers, past that time its just a lost, for goin down a rank you need to play 5 round were your skill is not at the level of your rank or something like dat, i think its a little more complicated, also you dont go down a rank for just going below the number (at least not inmediatly)
The 2 minutes is mostly in case the player who left wanted to rejoin or they lost connection/ other computer issues. If mass amounts of players leave, your SR wont go down as much as it would from a normal loss.
